Aurélie practises at the Walloon Brabant Bar since 2003 and specialises in Family Law.

 

She assists clients particularly in the context of a separation or a divorce and other family law issues such as parental authority, accommodation, contributory shares, alimony between spouses or ex-spouses, etc..

Aurélie has also acquired experience in the context of inheritance law. She advises during the liquidation and division of matrimonial estates or in the context of successions.

 

She specialises in individual rights such as filiation, adoption, extended minority, etc.

Aurélie is a signatory of the Charter of Collaborative Law.
