We support and advise debtors, creditors and buyers of companies in financial difficulty.

We assist you in the various procedures relating to:

 

• the bankruptcy of your company, or that of one of your debtors, whether in the context of the filing of an admission of bankruptcy, the filing of a statement of receivables, a challenge to your claim before the Company Court, or the collection of your receivable;

• the judicial reorganisation of your company, or that of one of your debtors, whether amicable, by collective agreement of creditors, or by transfer under judicial authority;

• the liquidation of your business or that of one of your debtors, whether voluntary or judicial;

• Etc.

 

We also advise company managers in the proceedings for for having their liability called into question by the curator.
