Olivia has been regularly appointed as a debt mediator by the Labour Court of Walloon Brabant since 2017.

 

Advice and support in dealing with over-indebtedness of natural persons and any disputes regarding reimbursement.

 

Areas of intervention include notably:

 

• Steps relating to the filing of a petition for collective debt settlement with the Labour Court;

• Negotiating a settlement plan with the various creditors;

• Negotiating a total remission of interest;

• Negotiating a partial or total remission of the capital repayment;

• Suport in the event of a dispute with the various parties involved in the collective debt settlement procedure;

• Etc.
