Sandrine Kinart graduated from the “Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve” in 2001.

She mainly focuses on Commercial law, Intellectual Property law and New Technology law (IP/IT). 

​

Sandrine mainly specialises in international and Belgian commercial law, intellectual property law, marketing law and distribution law, and has gained a particularly broad experience in the field of market practices, advertising and trademark law. Her practice includes legal advice and contract drafting, but also legal representation in court in the event of litigation. 

​

Sandrine regularly speaks at seminars about market practices and trademark law. She is a member of IDI (International Distribution Institute) and of APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners). 

​

Before joining LEXENA, Sandrine Kinart worked for the Loyens & Loeff (Brussels) and Janson Baugniet law firms.
